Can I return my goods?

​For hygiene reasons, personal care products can only be returned within 7 days of receipt if they are unopened, unused, and in a re-saleable condition, with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane intact. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return. Brushes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless defective. Returned goods remain the customer's responsibility until received and signed for by us; a 15% handling fee applies to all returns.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Delivery normally takes between 1 and 5 working days after dispatch.  Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days from order date.
